Finally, we have found the perfect location, we hope anyway!
Our main struggle has been the time of year and the hurricane season in the Caribbean.
We wanted to go to Mauritius, Peru or the Seychelles but the weather was so unpredictable we did not want to spend our honeymoon in wellies.
So, we have booked to go to Aruba. Well I thought just what you are thinking I hadn’t got a clue either.
Well for those of you with a limited geographical knowledge, just like me, it is still technically in the Caribbean but in the south. Situated just 14 miles off the coast of Venezuela.

The Hotel is called the Occidential Grand Aruba and is a 5 Star resort on the bay of the north-west side on Palm Beach.
